What if I can't make a live session?+
Every session is recorded and posted, so nothing is lost.
What are the AI credits for?+
Making the images, video clips, voice and music for your videos. You get 2,500, which is up to 2,500 images or 400 video clips, or any mix, and enough for your first 10 finished videos. You use them by chatting in ChatGPT or Claude through the HeyFloe connector, or in HeyFloe Studio. They're yours until your 90 days end. If you pay monthly, a third arrives with each payment.
Do I need ChatGPT or Claude?+
Yes, one of them. It's where you'll run the frameworks and AI workflows, and the free plan of either is enough for that. To make images and videos with your credits from inside the chat, Claude works on its free plan; ChatGPT needs Plus or above.
Do I need a Studio subscription too?+
No. Your AI credits come with the program, so there's nothing else to buy to practise. If you use them all and want to keep going, a HeyFloe Studio plan is how you get more.
Can I cancel?+
The term is ninety days and it stops on its own — it never auto-renews and I will never charge a fourth month. Paying monthly is a payment schedule for the same ninety days, not a way out of them: three charges are authorised up front. Purchases are final, so ask me anything before you pay rather than after.
Do I have to pay in dollars?+
If you're in India you'll see rupee prices automatically and be charged in rupees through Razorpay, with UPI, cards and netbanking. Everyone else pays in USD. No currency toggle, no surprises.
